The Strategy of the company is to generate sustainable and diversified income stream.

As an Insurance Holding Company the company will focus mainly on Insurance as its core business, with contribution from Other Investments which are medium to long term in nature and supported by Equity Market portfolio operations.

Insurance Business:

As a Group, ONIC Holding holds significant stake in Insurance Companies in the Region.

The Group has partnership with renowned Global Insurance players.

The Group would increase its holding in Insurance companies as and when good opportunities arise.

Other Investments:

The other investments help the Group in maintaining diversification and to help reduce impact of fluctuation in Insurance Business Cycle. This Business Segment includes investments in Associates and other Private Equity Investments of the Group.

Management would at appropriate time recommend to the Board to unlock value in its other investments.
